Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and offer personalized assistance.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure products are well-stocked.
- Sell bicycles and accessories from Pinarello group brands.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform minor mechanical tasks (e.g., bike fitting, adjustments).
- Update customer profiles and document sales.
- Inform customers about promotions, events, and new products.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail sales, ideally in the cycling industry.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability in bike fitting.
- Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
- Passion for cycling and knowledge of the industry.
